if you are laid off you job and you badly need money,what will you do to earn?

It is unexpected that you were laid off your job,all of a sudden no if or buts.
You have to pay for your rent,electric bill,phoone bill,water bill,cable bill,internet bill,car loan,etc.
Plus you don't have that much savings in your bank.
It is a disaster in the making.
What will you do?

Its like I am in that kind of situation now. Well, I am an online English teacher and I have very few students since the 3rd quarter last year. One of things I did to earn money is invest online, however, I havent received my payment from that site yet since they are experiencing something in their system. I hoe that it will be okay soon.

What else could one do but swallow his pride and ask friends and relatives to loan me money. And pray that somebody would be willing enough to spare me. But if there would be really no one to help me at all, most probably I'd pawn my jewelries.

i would cut down the bills fast, for those that are not that necessary i would cut them, like cable for example. Then i'll look for job right away, go to interviews, walk in applicants, and maybe do business for a while? Based on your profile you're from the Philippines, its summer now, so to earn while you're not currently employed is to sell halo halo and ice candy since its the "in" thing now in the Philippines.

first i will try to find a part time job even the pay is quite low and i will do some small business to make enough money to pay all my debts and bills. Collecting waste materials to recycle is good money nowadays , so every night i will walk around housing areas and company ares to collect all this stuffs and sell it once it get accumulated in large quantity.
that is my plan is i have quite my job and my plan to survive.
