Yesterday, after a conflict-fraught deliberation process, the Obama Administration awarded the Light Air Support (LAS) contract to Brazilian-based Embraer over Beechcraft; a Wichita Kansas based company with a long history of supplying the U.S. military with aircraft. Had Beechcraft been granted the contract, the company expected to add or sustain 1,400 jobs in the U.S. The Embraer plane, on the other hand, will be primarily built in Brazil, with only about 50 assembly jobs in the U.S. But Obama has our best interests at heart, right? And it was mean ol' Romney who was the outsourcer in chief! Not Obama!

Citizens are starting to complain about how much money he is giving to everyone except the middle class...This is the only way he can give stuff to his buddies that help with his eternal campaigning and our destruction...

He's a liar and a manipulator. He bashed Romney for Bain's outsourcing, even when it was proven wrong, the fools still believed it and voted for Obama! And here he is...giving a prime gov. contract to Brazil! He's a liar and a manipulator.

Forgot to mention...He also gave $9 Billion to Brazil so THEY could build offshore drilling..then promised we'd be their best customer! All the while keeping drilling on OUR GOV. Land at a standstill. Denying the keystone pipeline, and fighting against fracking! He's a liar and a manipulator.

You are aware that the US is in talks for a free trade agreement with Europe? We will be building more of your stuff I do think it is safe to say though, that the Europeans will not be buying any of your crappy cars

Oh dear - You are thinking small world again. No government is obliged to offer contracts for work based on location or nationality - That is bad economic sense. Contract should be awarded on different factors... Best price Best workmanship Best turnaround on contract These factors serve the client or in this case, country better. Look at it a different way Debra - IF all contracts are to be carried out on native soil - Does this apply to all Countries and contracts? IF the answer is yes.... What happens to the import/export market?

Government contracts should not be OUTSOURCED. Not when the president campaigned against his opponent by calling him an outsourcer as if it was an evil thing to do. And NOT WHEN there are millions of unemployed workers in America struggling to make the rent or buy groceries. Sorry, I'm NOT a globalist.

You idea does not work - it is irrelevant that you do not believe in a global market place... The rest of the World is and your views do not reach the contract talks. There are millions of people in the US that are doing work that has been outsourced by another country. Also, you need to look closer to home at why people are unemployed. Prison industry is a bigger threat to the US job market than outsourcing. 90% of household paints in the US are made by the prison industry - Is that fair? http://newsone.com/1562805/prison-labor-statistics-wiki/ You may not be a globalist, but you have to be a realist. You actually believe what a millionaire politician tells you? That is a little naive my friend

I believe in trade agreements that are MUTUALY benefical. I believe MY president should make sure any trade agreement or government contract is beneficial to my country's economy, and military, not another's. And believe me, IF Americans spoke with ONE VOICE it would reach the ears of the world. We've sold ourselves to the highest bidder though, Uncle Sam signs most of our checks. We're afraid to speak up, for fear of him taking away our livlihoods. I say B*LL SH*T and am speaking MY MIND as I see fit. I am a realist. I'm really convinced to say and do nothing is the same as consent. And if enough people understood what I am saying, what others are saying as well...perhaps greedy power hungry politicians would not have as much control over our lives.

Sounds about right. He is out to bankrupt America, plain and simple. No one in their right mind would do to a nation what he is doing without ulterior motives. Obama is a first class hypocrite and not only because of the Romney bashing.

Again, I agree. There are only two reasons to do what he is doing. 1) he wants to destroy the US and 2) he is stupid and doesn't know what he's doing. He is not stupid, unfortunately.

Cloward-Pivens Strategy. Overwhelm the system through and through. I'm convinced, because of his intelligence and his drive, that he IS doing harm on purpose. He is by no means a stupid person. That leaves one motive. To drive America into the dirt.
