well, it cannot be denied that most of the girls are particular with their flossy and shiny hair like me. for now, i have a long hair and planned to go to the parlor for my hair rebonding so to called. my treat for myself this coming graduation this month. but my sister read an article in the book that the gumamela plant is good for the hair. so i tried this plant and put into my hair. what i mostly do all the time in a matter of week now is that, i shampooed my hair first, then put some conditioner then after that, i crumpled 5 gumamela flowers in a small amount of water then put it into my hair. this serves as a rinsing water for the conditioner i poured in my hair. well for me, it has a great effect. my hair becomes straighter and softer. i guess i am contented with the result and i think this is much safer for me to use rather putting some chemicals in the hair that may damage it in the coming time. guys, you can try this one if you want it too.

I have read of the good use of gumamela on the hair. But i didn't know that it should be applied after you have rinsed the conditioner. Is it not sticky? How does it smell? I like to try this too.

me, i do not rinse the conditioner. i let the smashed gumamela fluid mixed with small water as my rinsing liquid to rinse the conditioner. after doing it all, if i want to rinse it with water, it will not be cleansed with it totally to preserve or to leave this liquid into my hair. so nice if you make it like a leave on to your hair. comb it thoroughly to remove its particles into your hair. you know the smashed petals surely stick into the strands of your hairs. yes, it is sticky but do not have a bad smell. it is odorless. :))

I used to see lots of gumamela plants in our community. As a child, we even play with the leaves and flowers of this plant. But now, seldom do I see gumamela plants. I have one in my garden but this is a different variety. This is not the same as the green thick gumamela plants we can use for our hair. Indeed, gumamela is effective for this purpose but many people have somewhat forgotten this old technique.

that gumamela picture which i used tag along in this discussion is not the gumamela i used to put into my hair. i just tagged that picture so that all the people who can see will be familiarized with it because there are lots of varieties gumamelas in colors, shapes and of petals. yes, thanks for agreeing with me. i bet, or correct me if i am wrong, you already tried using this into your hair. thanks for dropping by to share your precious thought :)

Nice to know about that, maybe if i could have known it years ago probably i was able to save my lost hair, lol! Anyways, being bald is irreversible, i guess, and the costly cosmetic procedure would be an alternative, but i think it ain't necessary as i've already used to having a bald head and probably putting a gumamela flower on top would really a great attention getter for old folks like me, lol!

you are so funny! yeah, you can still put gumamela on your hair. just do not smash it. put it wholly so that it is attractive to look at. that thing would be your crowning glory even without your hair now. but honestly, i just do not know if gumamela can reduce baldness. i just never tried it or proved it yet. just this to make it glossy and shiny and good length flow into my shoulders. so thanks for making me laugh :)

thanks for sharing it.. i didn't know that gumamela can be used in our hair to make it more beautiful.. i only used gumamela to make bubbles when we were young.. anyways you can also use some natural ingredients for your hair to condition it.. like mayonnaise, coconut oil and aloe vera.. for me it is best to used natural ingredients not just in our hair but also in our body because it is more economical and no side effects..

you are welcome... we used gumamela too when we made bubbles during our childhood. yes, i just found it out and try and see it for myself if it has a good effect. gee, i do not have regrets of trying it. in fact, i have flowing and swaying hair. what is good is that, it will not make your hair greasy and oily. so means to say that, you will not feel hot. it has no smell too. when you put it in your hair, do not rinse it off totally. so see it for yourself :)

hahah... the best and wise thing to do is to find this plant first before applying it into your hair. my mother planted this near our gate. so i am so glad about it. and this plant bears flowers everyday. good for me because i picked it for this purpose. it does not matter if it had been picked everyday rather than it will just wilt and fall down into the ground. at least by picking this flower serves its purpose. go and try it for yourself... :)
