This video is funny and it points out the stupidity of the comments of the White House. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4c1zZ9x7UJE NBC is in the doghouse now!

Actually, SNL has been making fun of Obama for about a year now if not longer. I was very surprised but pleased that they are sticking to their policy of making everyone a target.

They've had Obama skits, but they've largely been using kid gloves and doing skits that are funny, but don't make him the butt of the joke. Prior to this one I think I've only seen one or two that actually made him look bad.

One or two skits for that bunch is a big deal! They've been in love with Obama since his original prez campaign began and evidently thought he was perfect. But even they have to see the light when it's practically blinding them. I started watching them again on and off about 7 years ago (I still prefer MAD TV or SCTV but they're not around anymore) and found that I FF through a lot of the material because it's just not funny. I skip the musical acts--that's music?! In fact, it takes me about 20-30 minutes to watch the whole thing. Pretty sad considering their heyday when they were hilarious practically every minute. I always watch the political skits, though, and the fake commercials. Love the new Starbucks home appliance bit!

I know what you mean. The other day I was going through old 80's and 90's skits wondering what the he1l happened. It's been over a decade since I've been able to watch an episode from beginning to end. I agree though, their political stuff and commercials are still pretty funny. I haven't seen the Starbucks one, but I loved the Amazon.com 50 shades of grey commercial. That was freaking hilarious.

Shut those jokesters down now! How dare they make fun of the greatest leader of our time. Sarcasm mode turned off* Good! I'm glad that they making fun of him, he's a dolt, a terrible leader and the joke will soon be on him. Let the tides turn, he needs to be out of there today. Of course, his jackbutt will probably be invited on SNL and he'll make fun of himself and everybody will laugh and he'll be the savior again. Blech!

you forget he is a great campaigner. Telling us what is wrong and who is to blame and that he will fix everything if we just have faith in him. All during the last election he kept asking Gov Romney for specifics and when Gov. Romney gave a tax plan President Obama wanted exact details. When he was pushed the President said he would fix the economy by hiring more teachers, police and fire fighters - non of which he can do. He is great at making promises but not so good about keeping them. As I said he is great on the stump but lousy as a leader. The only ones who can lead from the real are those running away from the problem.

I'm really surprised they put this up, but of course, they'll say it's all in fun and no harm intended. They're too much in his back pocket to make much fun of him. (I hope I'm wrong!)
