If I will be able to travel this year I would like to visit Ukraine and Moldova. At the moment I don't have any money to spend on travelling, but I plan on taking an extra job in the summer months and if I earn enough money I will be able to travel in October or November. I want to visit Chisinau in Moldova and two places in Ukraine. Accomodation in Kiev is more expensive than accomodation in other parts of Ukraine, but I still plan on spending some days there because it sounds like an interesting and beautiful city. In addition to Kiev I want to visit either Lviv or Odessa. I would like to visit all 3 places, but I don't have time or the money to visit both places so I have decided to choose one of them. Are you from Ukraine or have you been to Ukraine? Would you choose Kiev and Lviv or Kiev and Odessa? I would like to hear about your experiences from both places if you have been there. If you haven't been there, have you heard or read about any of the places?

I haven't been to either places, but Ukraine is a neighboring country of mine. That's why, if I could choose, I think I would choose Moldova, it seems a bit more interesting to me, a bit more "exotic" - but that may be because of the distance :). I'm actually really interested in Moldova, especially in their folk arts and folk music.

I am also interested in Moldova. I have read about the country, but I have never been there. I think that Ukraine and Moldova could be a good combination because they are neighbour countries. I have never been to Ukraine either, but I hope that I will be able to visit both countries in October or November.
