Time for work, family and friends.

yes. you see, this is the reason why i work for myself. i also home school my children. so, our family is together all day everyday. we never get sick of one another either. i wouldn't trade working for myself for anything in world.

That is so true! Just do whatever you think is right and will give you benefit and have a great time with family and friends any tome you want.

If we're earning legitimately, no one definitely has the right to tell us to quit what we're doing. But if our work involves doing illegal stuff, then that's another story.

Your right working at home gives more freedom and more time for the important things in our lives. =) I only make $150-$200 per week but I enjoy being able to stay home with my kids! I wish my husband could stay home too but I know that would not be possible. I am glad one of us can stay home with the kids though.

I am also dreaming for that day to come in my life where I can rely on my online income so that I will give up my work and stay at home with my family. Although I know this is possible that is why I am trying my best to find good source of income online. Being our own boss is probably the dream of most of us. Have a great day!

For me, family comes first above all else. You can always find another work, you can always earn money but you can never have another family again once you lost them. Of course, they will be there to support you if it is something that is important to you. I do believe that one should have a work-life balance. And we should not take to work our personal problems, and our work troubles inside the family once the work hour is over.

I totally agree with you. One of the main reason to work from home is to work for your own and not take orders. But from my personal experience i would say if you want to get ahead in life make the most of what you do, there are times you have to make sacrifices and listen to people when you don't want to. :P

hi desertrose yes you are so right and i would resent that too What we do and what sites we make money on is our affair and nobody has any right to tell us to do or not do something.Family is different but most families do not boss one around. to me family is everything.

Your right keep it up, to be free and independent is by nature what we want in our life as a human.

I agree with you, when you work at home, you are your own boss, and what you do with your time, is your own business, no body elses, if I want to work for myself, and spend more time with my family, that is what I am going to do, and no one has anything, to do with that or have anything to say about that, because I am the boss, and I call the shots.

oh yea! if you don't have time for your family and relatives, your schedule is not yet balance, no matter how busy you might be, there must be a time created for you with your family to gist and do things together ,it will sustain the love among you.

oh yea, you are really make sense. We have to consider and put our family in first position.When you are on your own then you will have time for yourself and family.

I really want to work at home, being my own boss, having my own business, having enough money without spending time out and leave my family. But I don't find the exactly job yet...I hope someday I could do it. Right now I still spend time outside to get salary to fulfill my family need.

I am definately in charge of what I do.Although considering others comes into it with a family .It is always useful to earn a bit extra but I would not spoil my home life for it.Maybe I am fortunate in my position no children left to support.My son is now working and gives keep to the household which is very useful and a necessary fact of life ,he must learn to pay his way.I do take advise from friends and family and also give advise out.We all decide what is best for our family and sometimes a fresh pair of eyes is very useful as well.All our circle of family and friends want help each other .We look out for each others welfare and not to gain personally from it.Saying that I always babysit for free so my daughter can work and make money and keep her job going.She then will take me out to lunch every now and then.I would still babysit as I love my grandkids to bits.So you can do each other a bit of good which is always nice.

I actually tend to think that the reasons that we decide to work at home are as individual as we ourselves are. For example, the reason that I choose to work at home is because of the fact that it does mean that I am more available to my family (and my friends if they are in need) than I would be if I was working in a traditional job. Yes, that does mean that there are times that I'm not making as much money as I would like to be making, but being able to be there for my children's sports events, school performances, and if they are sick is more important to me than any amount of money in the world.

My husband has come around to me working from home, as he wanted me not to work outside the home anymore because I was getting ill too often, but it took him a while to accept the work I did online, and now when someone says something bad about my online earnings he asks them how many people do you know who could pay for birthday and Christmas presents for 8 plus family members from online earnings?

I am in charge of my own life. At home, I do what I want to do. When I am at work, I will do what my boss directs me to do within reason (I won't break any laws for him/her) That's 8 hours of my day, any other time is for me only. No one can tell me who my friends are or who I am allowed to "be friends with" or how I make my money.
