I have done absolutely NOTHING more strengeous today than wash
my face/shower..I have actually just been lounging around my apartment
all day...I have for some reason seemed just so happy and content
with myself today..I have been saying "THANK YOU GOD" all day
for all that he has done for me and my family...even tho my brother
and sister are having a few health issues..God is so good because
even with the issues , all my siblings are still on ths earth
and my children and grandchildren are doing well...Thank God.
How was your day...and continue blessings today, tomorrow and forever.

I'll trade you, I am exhausted right now. I woke up at 7:00am, had my usual bath, and went for an hour dog walk (got $20), petsitting for 9 days so back and forth there, and had to drop off a foster guinea pig at the shelter. Now I am relaxing, cleaning a little, then have to go back to feed the petsitting animals.

That's why I'm working now, I put so much a way each month $100 for retirement. Seeing as the government wont help, once you hit retirement your on your own. I don't want to be like half the ladies I use to work at a fast food job when I'm 65, 70, even 89 (yes I worked with a lady who was 89).

SOunds like a nice day to me. And glad that you appreciate it in your way. I am retired with severe depression with panice attacks so my days are quite often spent like you just have spent yours. Some days are better than others and I am drinking a new type of coffee I found that has a powdered mushroom that has some great qualities. Helps with the immune system, detoxification, blood flow and keeps cancer cells from developing.

I am retired, disabled and can't work. Yes, the coffee is great! I reccomend to the oldsters who are having trouble with their immune systems, blood, digestion and such.

Hi celtic, I have not officially retired, I am just not working and
have not worked since 2006..But I have no intentions of returning to
work..I am still on disability and if anyone has anything to say about
it I will tell them where to go and and what to kiss..I worked
all my life since I graduated and paid into SSD..so what I am
collecting is my money..There are some people here who thinks that
collecting SSD is shameful.. But I have something to tell them
to if they respond with that crap...

day to day...

My Sunday has been a nice relaxing day. I watched a movie after breakfast with my hubby. After the movie I did some juicing of about twenty grapefruits that my hubby got from a tree in the mountains of Puerto Rico. So I now have two containers of fresh grapefruit juice. I was skyping with my daughter and her kids and now I'm mylotters. It is a peaceful wonderful day and I thank God everyday for the blessings that he has bestowed upon me and my hubby and my family. I started my day hugging and kissing my dogs before preparing for work. I usually ended up running so I wont miss the train and then running again to catch another ride. My day here at my office job is quite boring for today as my buddy is absent because her wife is currently in labor for their 2nd child (im excited). My day here will b ending 30 minutes from now, and just before I forget, I also thank our almighty God for this day and to the day after this. My family is indeed doing well, my siblings are graduating from college (yey!) and I will be off at my part time job as well. :)

I woke up with a terrible headache and achy body the headache comes and goes. I had left overs for supper. However, I did manage to write two articles so it was a productive day for me anyhow.

I wish I could have a lazy day, but sadly I have to go shopping for food as well as some cleaning products. Tomorrow is my sewing class and Thursday is my quilting class which means I want to play with with my sewing machine. I am glad that you were able to lounge around your apartment and were able to relax. I am hoping that Tuesday I can relax and get some cleaning done.
