The most healthy drink is water

Hi friends, Few days back we friends had discussion.I strongly recommended that water is the best natural drink.It has many advantages.It purifies our blood.Helps to throw the toxic out of the body.Other drinks may have some disadvantage but water has none.I don't know whether water has any side effect.

While I will agree with you that you are right that water is the most healthy thing that we are able to drink, there are times that we can have problems because of the fact that we've drank too much water. This is rare to happen but you can actually knock your bodies electrolytes out of balance by drinking too much water. Then, if you are a renal patient, it can be very dangerous to drink too much at all and they have to strictly limit their fluid intake because of potential and very real side effects that can happen.

Drinking water is better than drinking colored beverages or soda drinks. Yes water is always the best option but make sure you are drinking the right water. Many believed that all waters are the same but no. Drinking purified water is just like drinking distilled water. It is not good for the body because it has been deprived of its natural properties. Make sure you drink ionized or alkalized water or those that come from natural spring.

You are partially right. Water is healthy as long as it is not contaminated with nitrites, bacteria or other things like that. It's a long story about what kind of water is best as water is not the same everywhere. I would say any liquid is good for health not only water. I prefer herbal tea or natural juices.

I don't know of any side effects. I know that since I started drinking water again I have sure felt a lot better.

Water will have side effect if it has contaminated by chemicals or bachterium. Other than that I think water is safe to drink as much as we want. Some people in some country use purifier to clean the water they consume, and some boiled the water before drinking.

Water in deed is the best option to drink not just to quench your thirst but also to refresh.. I always make it a point to drink eight glasses of water everyday and I feel great maybe because water detoxifies.. I also read somewhere that water helps our metabolism and regulates body temperature..

Yes, I do agree with that. Water is the only drink which is pure in its form. And I have also heard that rain water is the purest water that is available and one can get. I too haven't heard about water having any kind of side effect. Also drinking water keeps us healthy and keep us away from a lot of diseases.

I am sure that water is the safest that we can take into our body, The only thing that can happen with too much drinking of water is the feeling of being bloated. Other than that, water is the best.

Yes I agree that water is the best drink ever. According to experts, it flashes toxins and helps cleanse the kidney and bladder. It is a life saver for travelers gone out of food.. hehehe

Yes and I can not agree with you any more,but I want to add something in your discussion,and that is the most healthy drink is clean water,you know what?Now in our society many of our water source been polluted by the modern industry,and now I hope that all the people in the world should gather together and keep our water away from the pollution,this is not only for our health but also for the future of the next generation.

Yeah, I think so. Water is a healthy drink. It moisturizes our skin. It helps regulate well the blood in our body. It refreshes us when we are thirsty and tired. It is really good and I cannot think any of its disadvantages.

Thats right, juice may taste better but then it can increase your blood sugar and it can predispose you to diseases like diabetes

I agree with your idea.And i also want to say the most decilious drink is water,especially the boiled water.It's so warm that our body feels good when we drink.That's also a life style in our every day.Just keep drinking.LOL.

THere are places where tap water is not very good, but if it isn`t, you can also buy bottled purified water. All other drinks, even those specially made for people who do sports, are worse than water. I have not heard of any side effects of water.

You are right that water is the best to drink as our bodies are made up of water, and we lose some water especially in the summer when we sweat. I have a big water bottle sitting on my laptop stand, and I have to keep filling it up, about every other day. I won't drink soda as it isn't a thirst quencher, as it makes a person want to drink more. I do however, drink fruits and leafy greens that I put through a machine that pulverizes them, into a liquid. It is healthy too, and quite filling. I only drink one of those in the morning, and the rest of the day, I drink water. I don't want to get dehydrated. Take care.

Water has many characteristics that are very significant for us... To maintain our body to be very healthy only by taking a fresh water a lot daily many times... Every morning i used to take a glass of water in order to purify my body from impurities... Without having a glass of water i won't go for bed every day.... My sincere advice is that..... Take water instead of having tea or coffee daily.... Take only water in summer instead of using cool drinks of any brand!.... Avoid milk or curd not more than a single time, and substitute it with a glass of water every after meals...

Technically, water has no side effects. Unless water has bacteria on it, then it might be contaminated and of course, can cause certain diseases. I do agree that water is the best drink in this universe - no calories, can hydrate your body, and of course, can keep you alive even if you wouldn't able to eat any foods.

That is very true! Water is a fantastic & healthy thing, full of advantages. But be careful, drinking way too much water can cause water poisoning and you can die from it! Other than that, it's great. But you should also drink some natural juices made from fresh fruit, as they both taste great, give you all the vitamins you need, and do no harm at all!
