A study shows that red wine or grape juice can decrease certain cancers

Study shows that one glass red wine a day can reduce the chance of some cancers. The report I saw also said that grape would work just as well. I am wondering if the grape juice has to be very concentrated or organic or something for it to contain as much of the beneficial compounds as the red wine. I don't really want to get into drinking even one glass of wine a day. I do have a problem with drinking as much as not wanting to mix it with some medication that I take. I am also thinking that having a glass of grape juice in the evening after dinner when I tend to eat bad snacks such as milk chocolate would help to wash the taste away and thus reduce the craving and the amount that I eat.

Not all that much since the study shows it is only true for a limit of one glass a day. More than that and more harm than good is done.

I think, of course, it should be more concentrated grape juice... not that kind you can get in a carton at the shop, where the content of real grape is only 12% or so...
