I have had this laptop for just over a year and it has already been sent back to the company after just 2 months because the hard drive was just "NO GOOD" which is what they said.. when I received it back within 2 months I found at least 4 tiny screws from my laptop tray..I could not find out where the hell they were from.. Now don't know if this has anything to do with whats going on now..like its just to darn slow, it just jumps from screen to another screen at random.. I have to invest in another laptop...this is ridiculous..and its so aggravating to deal with.. My old laptop was just old and heavy but this new stuff is for the birds... Do you agree????

It is sad that things do not last as long as they used to. It seems that almost everything made today breaks a lot faster. I remember my late mother-in-law had a washing machine that lasted 25 years and my parents owned the same kind of machine and it broke down after 7 years. It is sad that things do not last as long as they used to.

Hi, It is sad, and the thing about it is that this is something we are witness to and not something that someone told us about.. So many items/things are just not as durable and cost so much more money..Its really sad...

My laptop does the same thing. Sometimes it flashes from screen to screen so fast that it is impossible to even get on here. I bring it to my computer tech and he finds nothing wrong and returns it to me. It works fine. He says he has to see it while it is adting up to see what is wrong. Who knows. At least he doesn't charge me to just check it out.

Hi sid, thanks for sharing, But at least you are not getting charged..But it makes you think you are crazy sometimes..when you know something is going on and he can't find anything wrong...

oh I know it. Just last night, it went down and I could not get on for nearly an hour. I shut it down and went about doing other stuff and when I came back, it turned right on. It's as if it just needs to rest for a bit every now and again. The flashing thing has not happened since I last took it in...probably jinxing myself here just by mentioning it.

I agree, but if you decided to invest in another laptop try to research it first so you won’t buy something like this anymore. That laptop is just not good and to buy a new one you have to buy the laptop which guaranteed to have a good performance and reliable. The laptop which I used now is the good one which I am using for almost 5 years already and still worked great.

I don't understand why the companies nowadays not making the things of the same quality as they are used to in the old times. You are right older gadgets works longer than these so called new technologies. I wonder what will be the reason behind this difference. Are they doing all this on a purpose ?

I was listen to the computer show, that talks all about computers, and this lady called in, and asked the guy about her Apple laptop, and she explain to him all the problems, she was having with the laptop, he told to return the laptop, back to Apple and have them fix here laptop, and she said she did, and Apple refuse to fix her laptop, I think it's shame how these computer companies, make these cheap computers and charge all this money, for them then when they break down, you have to pay more money, to buy another computer, my tablet I have stopped working, because I dropped it 2 times, I was going to spend money to have it fixed, but now I am against that, I have decided I don't want any more, tablets they are too cheap, I know this lady the brought the Apple Ipad2, and she paid $800 for that Ipad2, I think that is a complete, waste of money my tablet I had, was a 32Gig like her Ipad2 but it cost $400, but she tried to tell me, if a tablet cost less that $500, it's no good that is not true, some people just like to waste money, and show off everything that they buy.
