I got bonus, yay

There was rumor going around the company for while, that we will get a bigger bonus from last year's hard work. That meant 5% for each of us employee. From last Friday review from our supervisor, which is a closed - door review, I got 3% raise, plus 5% bonus, which added up together with nice cash reward for me. I would say yay, and I definitely told my boss that I will try harder this year, and hopefully I will get higher review point next year plus better bonus. With that money I received from last Friday, I plan to spend some of it to buy myself something I like. Hopefully I can keep it up, and getting better reward next year.

Congratulation on you bonus this must really make you feel really happy and I know your boss was glad, to hear you say that, you will try harder this year, this must have made him feel good, to know that you are a, good worker for the company, and this make the company look good to, when they have people like you, pulling together working hard, to get the work done.

well, we must try hard to make the company to make money, so we will get a better reward, that is a must. Hopefully, we can do better in 2013, and get better bonus on 2014.

Getting the good bonus is always a good news. I am looking for a good hike in my salary, because I also do my job in very effective way. I have devoted a lot of time for doing my job.

I always feel happy for employees when a company voluntarily grants them a bonus. Congratulations as it sounds like you all had to work really hard to earn the bonus. I hope that next year your bonus will be more

You must be a hard working employee. I hope next year your bonus will be higher. In my case, I have no year end bonus because I am a government employee. I heard bonus system will be applied next year. So far government employees are rated the same.

Congratulations. A little reward is better than nothing. Some companies don't give out bonus at all. Ever since I join this company 7 years ago, I had been getting bonuses. We got about 3% of raise and average 1-2 months of bonuses. Huge increase in salary and benefits comes with promotion though. However, the company is paying below the average market rate for most positions. Many colleagues left for higher salaries elsewhere.

That is so cool! I'm happy for you. It's really nice to know that hardw ork pays off and that would just add up to another reason why a person gets motivated to work even harder.
