Pay pal account without credit card

Hey, cna I create a pay pal account without having a credit card?. I want to know if mylot send check paypal and if I can cash the check in a bank because I have no VISA or other credit card.

I read the FAQ and other guidelines in myLot it do not pay by any other mean expect paypal and depending on the country you reside in.

You have to follow the earning rules of a site to get paid. You need only a paypal account and not a credit card or anything. You need to verify your paypal account with your bank account to get paid by paypal.

OH yes I am going to follow Mylot rules. I thought you had to own a credit card to get paid by Paypal, I have heard that is risky to enter this information on the web

First for all - Never join a site without reading their TOS, otherwise you will miss fast earnings and the hints of the site (Legit or NOT).
Now about online payment, you don't need any credit card to be paid by paypal unless this is legally necessary in your country, paying website do not require it, they pay only through e-processors, and mylot only pay using paypal.
It is risky to give any information online, but paypal is trusted e-payment processor, it will not share your identity, but you too have to keep it to your account only and never share with paypal staff either.

I don't think so they will for our co-Mylotters have done it before and it did not work.

So Paypal pays, but the problem will come once I want to withdraw the money. THere are people who buy Paypal money. Do you think they are OK? Or maybe they can be scam, The account has to be just any one because there are different kinds.
