Hello fellow mylotters, I am now taking in evening primrose with fish oil supposedly to gain weight but it seems that I lose some weight. Most of my friends told me that the more my cheeks were sunken than before I am pointing to the fish oil as it is the only supplement I added in my regular meal. What do you think friends!

well, why you are not taking potatoes if you want to gain weight? protein powder mix with milk also work so fast for gaining weight. all we try to lose weight and I wonder if you are going to gain weight.

hello there, I had been eating enough potatoes at Mcdonalds and KFC for the past few months however, it seems potatoes contributed nothing on my weight. I did not yet try protein shakes. I am confused which ones are good as there many out there. But I want to try it.

I have not tried this yet but I would like to gain some weight as well. But judging from the comments it seems that this might not really help in gaining any weight. Try protein powder as that really works and make sure to work out everyday.

Just because it says Omega 3 Fatty acid doesn't mean it's going to make you gain weight. The fat in omega 3 is different, like the person above me said, omega 3 helps with cholesterol. I take omega 3 fish oil to help with depression.
