I think you can try walking and taking some diet and then lose weight by combination of both of this.

I actually find it hard to gain weight in general but I understand that it must be easier at home when you're with your family. When I come back home I might gain weight slightly but not that much, my mother always complains that Im too skinny and she makes sure I eat a lot when I'm back under her roof.

I just finished my winter holiday and yeah, I gained weight, too. And I know many people around me (my coworkers) have the same situation as me. During the holiday, I often feel relaxed and happy, and I have enough time to make something delicious, I think that's the reason that I gained weight. YOu are so lucky to stay with your parents, and your parents must have cooked many delicious food for you. Though you gained weight, I can see that you are happy. Enjoy yourself!

Yeah, i have got some weight on as well. In my impression, i have nothing to do with fat. But i am wrong this time. It turns out that every one must be careful with his or her diet. Good luck with your weight, Jricky1.

I gained weight too after a month of being just here at home. We moved in a new place a month ago and what I do everyday is mostly just clean the house. The more I think of losing weight, the more I eat. :(

I don;t know but I haven't gained much weight. I have been trying to put on at least one or two kilos. But still couldn't even when I am eating a lot. But when I was just staying at home, gaining weight is far too easy and it's so difficult losing weight. LoL!

We are together now and he is happy. He is getting his favorite food, we are with him to share his feelings. So now he is looking healthy. Same thing is happened with you. You are also happy and spending time happily with them. So you are gaining wight.

I need to lose some weight but I just maintained my weight even after the holidays. When it's a bit warmer here, I would start walking and jogging every morning that I can.

I have to say that exactly my situation is the opposite. If I jusy stay at home, my weight is gonna diminish slightly. Unfortunately, I am a little feeble with the heoght about 187cm while my weight around 70kg. To keep a healthier figure, I have to go to gym frequently to build musles by combining exercise with richer diet. As for you, I think it will be okay to combine the exercise with restrained diet.

being comfortable and at home could indeed lead to gain weight because of lack of stress and complications of globalized world. when i am home, i feel that i am connected to my roots. unlike when i am somewhere, i feel like i am just floating and flowing in the streams of worldly needs and wants. i love being home.

Hello my dear friend. Well yes, in fact this happens every time we go to my parents in law as we usually end up there on one of their birthdays or Christmas or Easter, and there are so many good foods to taste so it is really hard not to get that 1 extra kilo while visiting (did I mention the chocolates and home made cakes ?). So I totally relate !

Hi jricky1 Same with you, I also gained weight after a long holiday. Well, to be honest I was little upset when I know it. So what I did, I try my best to spend 30 minutes a day by just walking. I try to minimize fatty foods, little rice, more on vegetables and fruits. Well after two months I noticed that I achieve the weight that I wanted. Hope it helps. Have a great day

Spending time with parents is so beautiful events in our life, I do not find anything more beautiful than that in the world. as I have lost my father recently, I really miss those time that I spend with them and now I feel that all those moments that I did not spend with my parents is just wasted time of my life. Make value for the moments that you have.

Hello friend, most of us will gained weight when in happy condition or low pressure. I think both was happen to you, you are happy with your family as well as have low pressure because you enjoying vacation. When I take a holiday for some days, my weight also increase for some pounds, but when I come to my work my weight come back in to normal weight because I start stress and full with some activities that need energies...Have a nice day friend...
