Best Friend

When I was little I had one of the coolest best friends ever! We used to have slumber parties and we literally did everything together. However, the turn came when I moved 2 hours away and we no longer went to school together. The biggest kicker was my family wasn't very well off so driving that time and distance wasn't easy done. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Mine is somewhat similar. I have to move thousands of miles away from my good friends. Theres the distance and the time zone between us now. It is quite hard to do all the things that we enjoy doing before, and it wouldn't be until after a couple more years until we get to see each other again.

I did experience too. We were best friends until high school. Unfortunately, we had to part ways during college because we had different schools then. Entering college means finding new friends and if I to compare college and high school friends, my high school best friend and friends are more cool than those in college. So I really am missing high school life as well as my best friend.

i had a best friend growing up. we were like sisters. we hung out since i was about 5 or 6 years old. we did the same thing. we had sluber parties, went swimming together, rode the golf cart all over the neighborhood, ect ect. we had a lot of fun as kids. well she didnt more hours away or anything like that but right before highschool she moved somewhere across town and we had all these plans of seeing each other and all that and well they just never happened. we talked online a lot and slowly that came to a complete stop. well when high school started she had her friends and i had mine and we had grown apart and were 2 diffrent people. honestly i dont even talk to her now adn wouldnt know where o find her to see how she is doing....i really miss her a lot tho....

I haven't really had a friend like that when I was a pre-teen/teen. So slumber parties and makeover parties were kind of absent. But I've had a friend whom I lost touch with when they moved, but it was later. I mean, we still talk on Facebook, since she made an account, but it's not the same...
