whats wrong with my cell phone???

when i turn my android phone on it starts the process of turning on then goes black and starts over again. it wont actually turn on it just starts over again. dont know what to do or how to make it work? do i just need a new phone or is there a way to boot it up somehow? if anyone has any answers i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

why you do not see and read the manual. because with it you can understand what you should do. thank you.

Happens to my moms phone. She didn't went to technician, she let it like that for days. It went back to normal, but after few days it starts again. The best way you can do is take it to service center and check it out. Its free! :)
