People are making cartoon videos for????...........

I see that many people are now submitting their cartoon videos or movies to youtube. And fortunately I see that the maximum views are on cartoon videos/movies. Do anyone know how to create/make cartoon videos/movies of our own? Is there any software to easily make cartoon videos? Do I need to have basic knowledge to make CV? Help me.

@tech40 well mate there are other cartoon animation tools, but in my opinion Go animate is the best, but I write some others, chek them out: - http://www.pencil-animation.org/ - Macromedia Flash - http://www.creatoon.com/samples.php @admin1993 No problem mate!
