Please help me identify this movie...

Hi everyone! There's this memory of a movie/film that I watched when I was a kid and I have no idea what's the title but I can remember a few scenes from it. I tried to google it but all I've found is this picture. (See attached) The scene I remember is there are kids at a library who found a book. They are real-life kids but when they opened the book, the whole library was flooded with colorful rainbow! They turned into an animated cartoon thereafter. I think they had books that talk as company so I think I saw them in this picture at the movie. Here's the description I typed to google the picture: film, reality became animated after flood in library Hope to hear the name of the movie soon! (I'll be out for a while to get back to work..I managed to type this while lunch break ^_^ hehe..so I'd probably return after work)
