Great job by Temmue Pukki to score and thus this match came into draw. Now both team got one point.
Spain had many chances but unfortunately they only scored once while the Finns also got one goal.
Now as France won again, France would be the leader in this group. For the match between France and Spain, Spain has to win or they might have to play the extra match to get a ticket in the 2014 world cup! As both France and Finland successfully received 1 point in Spain's home match, I think the French would have the confidence and ability to try to get 1 point or even 3 points in their home.

I'm still quite surprised the Finns actually play football :-) Mainly hear about them when they play icehockey or do weird things like wife carrying races. Or sauna marathons.
Anyway, good for them. I suppose I should support the Finns rather than the French as France is much further away and I've got several Finnish friends but no French ones.

I think nobody expected this score, and I am sure that many bets were blown by this one, as I suppose many gamblers have bet on a comfortable Spain win over Finland. But Spain has recovered and got three points from France and now everything looks very good again for them.

A soccer team no matter how good will not be able to stay at the top forever. But this is just an one-off game and a bad result just not means they are at the end of the peak. But this will hand the initiative to France and if they can pull a results against Spain, they will be in a strong position to qualify automatically for the showpiece next year.

Yes it is a less feel good to spain, where previously they seeded to win a match but actually they only drew 1- 1. Indeed spain had superior with a sergio ramos, but in minute to 79, finland successfully levelled with teemu pukki. I think this result describe if spanish less earthiness and too boastful. Besides just get 1 points, spain were have to queue first position now occupied by francis.
