yesterday i didn't even feel like staying awake. now today, there is so much restless energy. i can't stand feeling this way. i can't stand going in between extremes. i think i am going to talk to my doctor about this thing where he has me mixing uppers with downers. i think it is making me bi-polor on top of all the other mental health issues i have. i just want to feel normal again!!!!!!! argggggg!!!!!!

Only you can make yourself comfortable and make your mind peace, try to do something make you feel good, maybe listen to some soft music or do some yoga.Maybe that helps a lot.So you can control it and good for you.Have good day.

I agree. I know it is hard to control that kind of feeling but at least try. As what jricky said, listen to mellow music or practice yoga. Do things that you can feel more relaxed. Do not think about what you're feeling too much. Consult your doctor right away to know your real condition. I hope you feel better.

Guess that's called a 'chemically induced' bipolar situation, huh? Anyway, there is no set normal. My moods go up and down as well. Some days I'm all energized and then others I want to laze around all day.

All that nervous energy is not doing you any good, I agree that you should be frank and honest with your doctor, you know your body more than anyone else can. Make sure you write all this down, so that it can be fresh in your mind when you do see your doctor, sometimes we can easily forget things that we later wish we had told our doctor about.

Oh my, I know the same feeling. It's kind of like an over-energetic anxious condition. Once I tried dancing in the kitchen at 2a.m., because I couldn't hold all that energy inside... and it was bad that I couldn't go to sleep, as I had to get up at 6 next day to get to class...
