Free cell phone with free minutes to people in the USA

There is a program that is offering a free cell phone and free minutes to those who are struggling with their finances .. You get 250 free minutes each month and a free cell phone. The only requirement is that you receive some sort of government assistance.

Please send the information to me as well so I can look into this. I do not have a cell phone and can really use one. Randy has a cell phone, but whenever I am in class he goes out and does things which means if I need to call him I cannot. He keeps the phone because he gets calls from his doctors and has to have it. Randy gets SSI and Veteran's benefits so I am sure that we are eligible.

Wow thats a good news. One of my friend from texas is deaf and dumb and she gets some allowances from ssc office. Will she be able to get benefit of such scheme.

Hi: a person who receive ssi does qualify.. and if she needs help i be glad to help her.
