How often are you delivered someone else’s mail?

I get mail that isn't mine almost everyday. It gets me worried that my own mail is going to other people.

Are you sure those e-mails aren't spam? I get spam that's addressed to someone else all the time, but it's just that - spam. Unless you've got friends that keep addressing and/or sending their e-mails to the wrong people.

Ohhh... Duh me! Don't know why I was thinking e-mail. Probably because that's just what I'm so used to. Sorry! Yeah, we get other people's mail all the time, too. We just stick it back in the mail slot the next day and hope it gets delivered to the right person.

I rarely get anyone else's mail. The only time I get other people's mail is when it is a parcel and they are not in, so the postman leaves it with us and puts a note through their door telling them where it is, so that they can collect it.

I havent received anybodies yet...and I dont know about mine...some I didnt get a response to so I dont know...I have mput anything personal in my mail anyways.

I've had it happen a few times but not often.. Does make you wonder about your own mail.... Once we sent a money order to America from Australia and the person to whom it was meant for found it on the road, out the front of their house.. Lucky....

I receive someone elses mail a couple of times a month on average, I would guess. I find it disconcerting because as you say what of mine is going elsewhere? and are those people concerned enough to have the mail properly directed? I got reprimanded by the post master for writing on the outside of the envelope concerning the misroute.
