Free and easy is a happy life style. When we get something, we must lost another thing. Actually, life is to exchange what we want by what we have, include hard working, time, emotion, even life. When you give out something, you should be clam be face what you lost. You should be fervent if you give out something, and you should neglect the bad feeling. If you know this, you will never feel missing in this world, you will enjoy your happy life. Let your heart to be free, and breathe the happiness air!

Oh I believe what you said. I think well about it and that's true we have to exchange one thing to another one thing. Yes must be happy for what we exchange. Its like swapping.

I know someone who stressed herself with almost everything. Even with simple things- I heard her complaining. I told her to relax and take things on the lighter side. I wonder why some people likes to burden themselves with things that actually are not a burden. But of course, it's hard to find ourselves to others as well. I always try to look at the positive side when things go wrong or tell myself to take it easy.

Hi, Our life is a mixture of happiness and sadness. As you said sometimes we get something in life we become happy but when we lose something we become sad. But we should be calm when we lose something. Sometimes some problems solved automatically when we neglect them. we should enjoy life and breath the air of happiness freely.

During my previous job, I had customers cursing me, and most of the time during the onset of the call (I worked as a call center rep). During times like that, you can't really avoid bringing the stress at home. I mean, I'm sure there's a way to leave that in the workplace, but I'm not aware of it, whatever it is. So I brought the negativity at home and it just drained me a lot more. I felt like I barely had time with my family. When I came home, I went straight to bed, and sometimes not even bothering changing my clothes. Then I talked to someone about this. He told me that forgetting, and letting go is beneficial in numerous ways, and this is one them.

i think what you are talking about is grasping. if we grasp for things obsessively, we are bound to have loss. consequently, we experience misery. however, if we let go and stop grasping obsessively, then we will have true freedom.

I can relate to this. It's kind of like remembering one of the golden rules. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Be thankful for what you have. Love one another whether they love you back or not. Be kind to others and be positive.
