Do you Get enough time to exercise everyday

Hello friends, Do you have enough time to do exercise everyday and maintain your Good health or you do not have time for that. I want to Go for exercise everyday and want to maintain my Good health but i am not able to go for exercise everyday because i do not have enouth time to do all of these stuffs but i am trying to maintain my daily routing good and trying to go for exercise everday. Do you get proper time to do exercise?

Is cleaning considered exercising? cause if it is I might be over exercising? ahaha just kidding. I just clean once a week. I always promise my self I will exercise, but I always end up not doing so, I don't know after working I just feel tired and I don't have energy to exercise anymore. But me and my hubby tired to atleast to go to the park every week, take few rounds walking around. maybe jogging if were in the mood or play badminton if its not that windy. and if were still lazy, we still go there and have a picnic.haha

Trust me we all should, its just so hard to win over yourself ahaha, I feel you there. I don't think we will also go to park if it is far from our house, it just happened that its near, we even have a free gym near the park, but like you said its really hard to motivate yourself. what are we going to do? ahaha

Hey yes it is really tough i am totally agree with you yar, sometimes i also go to park which is not far from my house it try to make a schedule to go daily their or to go to gym but i never follow the schedule maximum for four to five days i follow the schedule and then dismissed that because of my laziness......what to do ?how to motivate ourself? and i follow this thing not for exercise only but in all my work but now i wanna to strict my self and wanna to do really something to improve myself..hope i would and you also let's see who complete first....hahaha....

Oh wow great! it is good if you use to go park and take few rounnds there really you can even play badminton it is a good exercise. Here is the problem like that i always promise my self to do exercise everyday and i do it for one or two days and again i stop to do that but i want to do exercise regularly and not i am thinking that i must do it.

I must admit that even when I have a lot of free time on my hands, I would be lazy I don't exercise. But I am trying to change that gradually and start working out every few days. Whenever exercise comes to mind, I will have to do it and not procrastinate so that I could exercise. if I wait to do it later, I often don't manage to exercise. It's okay that you can't work out everyday. I read 3 to 4 times a week is enough. If you can't work out then you be creative. Find opportunity to exercise even a little like using the stairs instead of the elevator and stuff like that.

Starting the exercise routine is difficult. Maintaining the routine is more difficult. What I do though, is watch TV and for the first 20 minutes or so, I do random exercises until I'm tired while my eyes are focused on the tv. Also, you can try buying a zumba dvd to follow or some hip hop exercises or yoga. Do whatever you like that will keep you moving. just keep moving. And don't over eat. I am battling laziness too, LOL, I want to be hot so there. Haha! Good luck to you, to both of us.

Hehehe, agree same here some time i get the time to do exercise specially on my weekend but even i do not exercise because of my laziness , i also trying to improve my self and want to give some time every day to do exercise.

i get enough exercise just cleaning my house. that's all i need or want. i am just to lazy. besides, i couldn't now if i wanted to, because of this bad foot that has me laid up.

MoonGypsy Sorry to hear about your foot. There are actually some chair exercises that if you are not in too much pain work well. I do them to break up my exercise routines sometime. You can find them on u-tube. I do think housework is among the best exercises out there..plus it does double duty and that's a good thing!!

If I wanted to, I could exercise twice daily: in the morning and before going to bed. Currently I only exercise 4 times in a week. I need to give my body a break. It is said that working out too much is dangerous for your body especially to your heart.

I regret that many people I know seem to neglect their health. They smoke a lot and do not exercise at all.

Yes really we should not do a lot of work but exercise for 1 - 2 hour everyday is not much and it is good for our body as well as for our heart if we work for 2 hours everyday but it is good if you do exercise 4 days in a week it is really good to make our body good without stress.

No. I can only exercise in weekends. I think am too tired to exercise in weekdays because there is work. I want to make it a habit for weekends to exercise.

Yeah, me too. Work really saps my energy and exhausts me making me unable to do exercise in the afternoon/evening. And it saps the sleep in me making me unable to rise early and have time for morning exercise. I can barely have time to eat breakfast, how much more doing exercise eh? Good for you that you can do it during the weekends. I still don't have much time during the weekends as I have a lot of commitments and activities packed up in the weekends. All that I am missing out during the weekdays are part of my weekends except for exercise now. Anyway, I have regular sports activities in the weekends playing badminton/tennis/swimming. I do believe it can count on being exercise too.

Hmm it is really appreciated if you do exercise on weekends, actually it is enough for our body if we do proper exercise on weekend only, but here is different i do not do execise on weekend also but i think that i am more busy on weekend then week days, Good to exercise whenever we get the time

Really exercise is improtant for our health and we should exercise on daily basis.Exercise id daily need for our health as nutrition and vitamins as exercise is important and walking is a good exercise.....

Yes i have enough time, but i just do it lately, i start to care for my health just lately as i realize that i'm getting older. Now i see to it that i can even a little exercise everyday, i do walking when i go to my work and do walk when i go home, actually at first it was exhausting it takes 45 minutes walk from home to work and 45 minutes from work to home that is every day. But now i'm used to it, and i loss weight this is great!

Yes this is really a great exercise.It is really appreciated that you go to your office by walking and it is not a less distance to walk 45 minute from one side everyday but it is really good for your health and you should do it regularly .Actually i also go to my office by walk everyday and i love to do that but it take only 25 minutes to reach to my office by walk..

If I don't have to work in the evening, I will do some walking with my wife and son on our school track field for about an hour. I am making it a habit to take a walk every day with my family. I need to do some exercise for the sake of a good health. Take care.

Yes really interesting, walking is a very good exercise for health and it gives us happines also when we go somewhere with our family or with friend on a walk in morning or evening time. We should really walk if we get the time. I love to go on a walk with my friends..

No I don't get enough time to exercise everyday but I really wish I did. Right now I am trying to work as much as possible to save up money for moving and transferring to a different college. I don't have a lot of free time from work and on my time in between shifts I don't always have the energy for exercise or I don't really have enough time after I cook myself food or make myself lunch. I'm hoping that once I move I'll be able to find more time for exercising though because I really enjoy it. Basketball is my favorite sport and my favorite way of getting exercise. Right now I am only able to play basketball about one night a week because the local gym we have in our town only has two nights that has openings and I have to work on one of those nights. Once all the snow melts though I can use my basketball court outside which I am really excited for. I also have a three month membership certificate that I received as a gift that I need to take advantage of before I move.

yes really playing some physical game is the best exercise ever.Because of our busy life schedule most of us are not able to do proper exercise everyday, and after work we do not have enough energy so we can give the time to exercise so it is really difficult for us to exercise everyday..

I usually stay at the office for more than 11 hours a day. I travel to and from work for approximately 4 hours a day. I prepare to go to work for 2 hours a day. And the rest is divided to sleep and doing after office hours work. So basically, I don't have spare time to exercise...hehehe...

Hmmm really a very busy schedule and we can not do exercise really if we spend the same time in office,i also use to stay at my office approximately 10 hours a day and when i return to home i really like to do rest and i never go for exercise after doing a lot of work...

I used to have a good amount of time to do exercises during the morning and the afternoon/evening. That is with my previous situation. However, now I barely can do exercises. This is because I ended up having lots of other things to do making me unable to schedule my exercises regularly. Also, I often lack sleep so I better put the time in sleeping than exercising. I wished I can get back to that time when I was able to regularly do exercises. I feel my vitality weakening and all the sitting and couching makes my belly bigger and dominating!

Hmm it is really good if you get enough time to exercise, but everybody can not get enough time to exercise everyday or their time schedule may be different so they did not get the right time i mean morning and evening are good time to do exercise but both of these times i can not exercise becasue of my different schedule to work, it is good to take enough sleep everyday...

Me too. I have a work, and don't have enough time to exercise. But, it' really good to have it 3 times a week. As of now I'm just contented in my water therapy.

Not able to understand what do you want to say about water therapy sorry....It is rally tough sometimes to do exercise because of our busy schedule, but if you able to do exercise 3 days in a week then it is really good....

I have a four hours commute from my home to the company. I'd like to do some exercise, but I don't have any spare time... God bless me, my weight increases everyday!!

Hmmm this is the problem because of our busy life schedule we are not able to give proper time to exercise. Dont worry if your waiting is increasing everyday then you should use to walk at your company or at home when you do somehthing and it could be a good exercise...

Since everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It will spend me about half an hour. This has become to be my daily exercise already. And in the weekends when I don't have to go to work, usually we will have an outdoor activities. So I think my exercise is OK.

Yes i think it is enough for you, but to be very true i also use to go my office by walk and it take 25 minutes from my home to office when i go from a good speed but even i think that it is not enough for me and i want to do some more and good exercise. infact walking is a good exercise and it depend on us that how we take it....

Well we should try to take out at-least 20 minutes for working out,it not hard to take out that much time even if you are busy.But if you don't have that much time , you can help yourself by being more active ,like while studying something you can walk, take stairs instead of lift. Whenever i cant take out time for workout i usually sleep half and hour less to accommodate my daily exercise that is because if i don't work out i feel lazy and absent minded,best wishes.

yes it is a good idea really and we can do that but to be very frank i am lazy kind of person to do all of these stuffs and i never do that but thanks for advice i must try to do that now and i think that it would be really beneficial for me.

I wish I had more time to exercise. I like to try and walk/jog three miles a day. For awhile I was doing really good with it. Now though I have slacked off since we were really busy for a few weeks and now again I feel there are a lot of things to get done. I hope that you are able to keep up with your goal.

Thaks, Yes i hope i will do it, it is good if you exercise, walking/jogging is really a best exercise anymore... some times really we may be so busy and do not get the time to do all these things like exercise but i think that exercise is one of the most important part of our life and we should do this on daily basis.

I have three young children and I am always running all over the place all day taking care of them. Plus I work nights serving drinks so I am on the go all the time. Yolu could ty and go for a walk every day and take the steps instead of the elevator qwhen you can.

yes it is with me also actually we all know that exercise is so necessary for us and we want to make our body fit and heallthy and then we should do exercise everyday but when it comes to do exercise then we are lazy and i always use to say that i would do it from tomorrow....

Well, this also my problem before. Even though I keep on telling myself that I have to do exercise since I have an active lifestyle, I wasn't able to do it and I blame my schedule and time. Then, I re-evaluated myself, do I really have no time for exercise? I checked my daily activities for the past few days and realized I actually spend 3 hours of my day to do nothing important like playing video games, then I reorganized my routine. Now, I am actually doing good and I believe that I am getting sufficient exercise everyday.

Thanx a beautiful lesson from you! Really this is the problem we spend our time in the activities which really do not matter and we blame the time that we do not get the time and actually we get proper time and we can do exercise everyday if we want. and now i am going to do that we can save our time easily . For me i can save my time from sleeping also . I use to sleep more then 8 hours everyday, i would cut minimum 30 minutes from my sleeping time and i would give that time to my exercise and i would do some other things also.
