hi all,
recently when i try to open neobux website, i landed on a page which says...
Page not found.
If you think this is an error, just refresh the page or click the NeoBux Logo.
at first, it seems normal to me because i believe it's just a glitch as this kind of thing happens to other sites as well. however, below the lines, it continues with this...
Also missing:
SIMON LEMBI
25YEARS OLD
LAST SEEN ON 14/11/1999 IN SAINT-GILLES
now this seems a little bit weird because what is the relation between neobux and the missing person? i managed to print screen that page for you all to see (as per attached).
i don't know whether this is the latest 2013 neobux april fool joke?
what do you think?

You must be laughing at yourself later on for refreshing the page when you find it is an April fool joke.

But it's just my guess. I did try out the website shown in the picture, "notfound.org". It seems to be a website that anyone can use to create a missing children profile easily. 
Some people may misuse it for fun, some really use it to find the lost children.

I am not a member here so I could not log in to neobux. Yes, you may be right there should not be any relation between neobux and the missing person...So, this could be just a way NeoBux entertained its members...

i just feel this is too weird to be an april fool joke. i searched around and found that simon lembi is really a missing person since 1999. so, i couldn't laugh at this one.

THe only time I cant get into Neo is when they do maintnance which happened a couple of weeks ago I Was going rightalong doing what I do and all of a sudden I got error mesage and then couldnt get in the next day they said they had done maintance onthe site and would be doing more some other time. ANd altho I get in neo around2 or 3 AM PDT I didnt get this one so not sure what it is about what happened to you

bumped into neobux doing maintenance page happens so many times to me already. but bumping into neobux page not found together with a missing person is the first time i faced it. 
i also don't know why it happens only to me?

I never saw that, but there does seem to be a Simon Lembi last seen in Belgium. Some sites have his missing date as being the 12th of November and he'd be 28 rather than 25. You could always ask them about if you're not sure.

well I am also a member there but I have not seen that error and I do not think if site makes any april fool day for stuff..

but it's true that it showed me such a page when i opened neobux website. i double confirmed the address to be www.neobux.com and nothing wrong with it. seems weird that it only happened to me alone?

Weird. I just now went to it and it was there. Every once in awhile any site can have a server glitch, but I never saw one that actually provided a missing person . . .very strange.
All I can say is yup, that's weird.

I don't think that this is an April Fool (it is not April 1st). It rather looks as though the Neobux server has been hacked and that the standard "Page not found" was replaced or modified.
I can't read the exact page you were trying to access from your screenshot but I certainly found that http://www.neobux.com/ was accessible normally and that an invalid address ( http://www.neobux.com/rules ) gave me their standard "Page not found" page (without the picture), so it looks as if they may have corrected the 'error'.

from my screenshot, the address is still starting with http://www.neobux.com/...
so it means that i did not went to the wrong site nor being redirected to another site. 
it's good that they have corrected the error as i can enter normally now.

That is strange, because Neobux didn't even exist until 2008!! They're 9 years in the past on this one. LOL Sounds like a Pre-Y2K kind of thing. LOL I love when computers do things like this. They never cease to keep folks amused.

I'm happy that you found your way into the site. I did not receive this when I logged in as I do each day around 8 am central Daylight Saving time. maybe they put this up before I logged in or after I logged out.
