Hi, I have issues with my laptops bluetooth, I am not able to receive any files when I send it from my phone to my laptop. I have all my divers updated but still this happens.My bluetooth device gets paired and the file transfer also starts but it stops at about 20% and gives me a message saying file transfer interrupted.Help need please!

ow..i had this problem too,.when i had faced that problem my o.s was win 7.now i am using windows 8 and there is no more problem sending files from laptop.

Were you able to get it solved with win 7 I to am using win 7.

Try re-pairing both devices. Also check the permission to connect in bluethoot settings of mobile as well as pc.
