Summer is here, where is your plan to spend it? Some of you folks will kinda like to splurge on the beach just the way I wanted to spend mine. Any suggestions where?

Though we aren't allowed to stay away for long during summer, I would prefer to go to places that aren't yet discovered by many. May it be a beach, an isolated island or the mountain tops, I know I can find a spot here in the Philippines. If a beach you want, try going to Calaguas Islands or Coron if you haven't been there. Those are my top choices...

It's to know that you are from the Philippines. Agree with me, cause we both know that we lot's of beautiful places that we can boast in our country. I have never been in Calaguas Island and Coron but they are already part of my list. Happy Mylotting!

Oh thanks for the info. I am trying to convince my friends, yet we haven't set the date. Hoping our plans will push through.

Though Calaguas is a bit hard to go to as of now, try Coron first. And believe me, you will want to come back for more...hehehe

When I look out of the window I still see snow on the ground so it seems like summer is still quite far away in my country I really look forward to the summer months when we will be able to spend time outside. I am going to work all summer in order to save up money for travelling. I will be busy with work and I am probably going to work seven days a week in June, July and August when my co-workers are going on vacation, but I will still have some time to relax after work and enjoy the sunshine. I also plan on visiting some of the local fairs in July and August.

Thank you for sharing your plan. I hope I could experience snow like you do. Right now here is so hot, I feel the summer heat is so extreme. Anyways, if you don't mind me asking, from where you from?

I am from Northern Europe (Denmark) In my country it usually snows in the winter months. Our weather is quite cold at the moment and I look forward to the summer months...

In May and June this year I will be traveling to Eastern Europe with my two children. We are going there by train. We will see the Ukraine and Moldova. In July and August we will be back at home spending some time on days out and trips to the beach. We live just 3 miles from the beach you see. You might like to go to your nearest beach. I wish you a happy summer.

Hi, "It is the height of summer here, the beating down like there was no tomorrow and it hits 32 degrees Celsius on the shade. Yet, you may find me walking all across the town visiting old friends and making new ones, on foot or on vehicle I go everywhere to visit them. One and only one reason for this? I am running for the office of municipal councilor and to travel far and wide to convince people that I am the one suitable to lead them is this person who sacrificed under the sun and walking the whole breadth of the town to see them." Now, that is some travel memoir from a prospective politician running for office. Not me of course, I am only describing what transpires every time election days are looming here.

The beach would be a great idea. I've done enough the past couple of years to last a lifetime. If you live in California or here in the south, those are good places to visit a nearby town or state that has a beach. That way, it saves money on traveling expenses. I would love to go to a beach as soon as it stops drizzling in our area. So maybe you should try the beach. You'll also get a good workout there!

The beach is a great idea. However, its effin hot in here. I'll visit the beach maybe on late afternoons when that sun isn't that hot.
