i want to lose more weight

I get fat fast. Even if I don't have the habit of eating always, I still get fat. I don't really know why. Can it be because my metabolism is slow? I want to get fat because I have many dress and clothes fit for more slim women. It's better if I can use them all when I am slim already. Do you know a fast way to get slim fast that is safe and healthy? Do you agree with me that being thin is more healthy?

I think we are on the same boat. My metabolism is not active so with just a few spoonfuls per meal, I still get fat soooo fast. I guess because my few spoonfuls includes sweet foods such as chocolates, ice cream and cakes. Sigh! Why is it really so nice to eat and eat!
