thats very difficult. i know the situation you are facing because i live in chennai here the temperatures are really high its usually 38 degrees celcius but in summer it will go upto 42 degrees. now its summer time here and its burning hot. same pinch man because we both are experiencing the same weather conditions even though we are in different parts of the world

the problem here. when the temperature get higher there is no wind that balance the temperature so it's really supreme hot.that you will feel dizzy when you walk in the midst of sun

not only because there is lack of wing but if the heat is combined with high humidity as we observe in countries which are in majority are covered by water then the situation becomes even worse. beacause the humidity combined with high temperature can drain all your energy and cause sun stroke

Yeah, it's so hot in the Philippines especially during summer. Don't wear dark colored blouses or shirts when the sun is so hot outside. Wear light colored shirts. You can also wear sunglasses with UV protection. I really wish that it would snow too just like in the Western countries...hahaha.

Yesterday wasn't April 9, 2013, it's still April 9 today. I guess you meant April 8, 2013. Anyway, where in the Philippines was that because here in my area, we had rain. It was actually cold yesterday the whole day. Today, we had similar weather. It was also rainy and cold today. But yeah, the weather here tends to be really hot during summer. It was around that last week and several weeks ago when summer started. I'm just happy that it's all better these days. Else, I'd be one of those who's get heatstroke! Do be careful friends. Those are good and effective tips. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Yes, you're right. I wonder what's causing this super hot weather? I do sweat even if I'm not doing anything. Like what you said, I always drink cold water. The water in my faucet is not cold either that is why 2 showers are not enough these days.

its really hard to keep our body cool when the weather is so hot outside we need to keep aircondition on always and we need to take a shower everyday in summer i prefer going to the sea almost everyday so i dont have to use electric much i think using aircondition is good for us but also takes lots of money when we looked at the electric fee. good luck and happy mylotting

I think it is good to take baths frequently and also go to sea and take baths there. I usually take baths more during summertime.

We are also having hot and humid weather here but fortunately not as hot as your place . It is good to bring along the umbrella in these hot seasons and keep our body heat down as much as possible.

Wow,39 degrees is like quite hot. Today in India its 31 degrees. Global warming is getting the atmosphere way hotter now days. It is just not the heat, it is way too much colder in winter too. God help us! :

Was that unusually high yesterday? I saw several members here brought up how hot it was there. Sounds like it is not too common to have that kind of hot weather.

yes it is not normal . for today several factors affects and contributes to hot weather like too much population here we are millions living here in Small country compared to other country which they have millions of population but their country is big so there are still space. and so lack of space contributes to heat. plus trees were getting cut and cut for they build subdivision there for people to live in. another thing is the smoke pollution ,smoke belching is uncontrollable here. it destroys the ozone layer.iF YOU Look at the sky here in manila you will see there is aa smog combination of fog and pollution and that is can be seen everyday.. that is one of the causes of climate changes which also results no abnormal temperature here in our country

That's far too hot for safety, just make sure you stay in the shade or keep covered up with loose, bright clothing and drink plenty of water. We could do with some of that heat here in the UK as it's having trouble getting above freezing over here at the moment, just a little cold for April.

Here also it is very hot and it was around 42 degrees in the district next to our place and it was around 40.5 degrees yesterday. I think it was a record heat. Today it rained after many many days and the climate has changed to cold and I am happy it had rained finally.

It is super hot and it was hotter yesterday. I knew because I was outside walking under the heat of the sun to finish chores. The umbrella to serve as my protection didn't help because I still suffered from terrible headache which is usually my number one gauge for hotness. During the night when it was time to sleep, as usual, I had difficulty sleeping due to headache I had as a result of exposure to the sun. We should really do our best to protect ourselves during hot summer days and be rehydrated continually.
