i wrote a song for someone

I compose music with my guitar, and someone that seems to always have supported my music when we were younger always pops in my head while I'm playing or writing. So, I decided to write a song for them, music and lyrics. I recorded it and emailed the recording to this person. I texted them after I sent it to say I sent them a song I wrote just for them. (I'm not sure how often this person checks there email.) They responded to the text message, but i don't think they listened to the song yet. It's been about a week now. It's the correct email address, i know because i checked multiple times. Haha. Now, i'm nervous i might of given this person the wrong impression. I just wanted to say, hey I care about you enough to write a song for you. Nothing more. Nothing less.

i always wish someone writes a song for me... for sure, i'll fall head over heels... but i never got that chance, so your such a talented person full of love and gift... your special someone must be really lucky... im envious :'(

Thank you, it's always good to show feelings rather than just say them, especially through something your passionate about. For me, that's music. No need to be envious! I'm sure someone will do something just as special for you one day!

Wow, that's so sweet.
I really wish someone could do that to me- hmnn, I just can't imagine how happy am I if someone will ever send me an original composition especially made for me

Thanks. I know the feeling, but i'm the only musical person in my group of friends so I'm the only one writing songs. But maybe one day, you'll meet someone to write you a song.

It is very nice that you have the talent of writing songs and composing them with your guitar. You should ask him if he has listen the son or not. I think he has not seen your email yet. So you should remind him. Don't be nervous. He will listen your song soon and he will like it.

Thank you. I asked if he heard it yet, yesterday. He says the recording I sent wont play on his phone, which is where he checked the email. He's going to check via computer and see if it'll play, but if not we decided that i'll play it in person next time we meet up.

Wow! What you've done it's very beautiful :). Maybe that person it's very busy, but when she/he will check better his/her email I'm sure he/she will be surprised and will appreciate and I'm sure he/she will get the right message... I mean : you can't write a song for someone or for something you don't care :).

I think it is a good idea to make a song, a poem or a poetry for someone that we want to give respect. Yes, maybe it is too simple for some people, but it is very great for people who respect with the song...Have a nice day
