Which is best one???

You can choose the best one. It can depend of their specific software or hardware details. For what do you want to use it? For office[Internet, some videos, e-books, writing texts, few games], for especially games or for movies? After you've set how you want to use it you'll find that their specs are different. You should look for a good processor[over 1 GHz],the battery should be more than 2000mAh to charge it rarely, you'll have to choose if you want camera or not, a good ram and a big space for storage. From those two brands which you've said, I recommend you Samsung. It's a well known brand all over the world, and they're known for their good products. Good luck in choosing the best tablet for you!

i suggest you to buy the samsung tablet... coz in functions and many things like software updates, ram, processor, especially warranty on these makes really a big one. celkon can just be used while with preinstalled or with just a limited functionality of your download apps. celkon will have low internal memory than samsung, so you can only install limited app in celkon tablets. overall, samsung will be the best option to select... go with samsung :)

I tried so many brands of phones and tablets. I can say that samsung is really good. The battery last for many hours and the life span? my samsung phone is alreay 2 years and I can't complain about the battery. The performance is still the same from the time I bought the battery, unlike other brands :)

The Samsung Tablet line-up has simcard functions; you might want to consider their Tablets because they are more established in terms of the company’s brand name. However, if you want a lesser price, there’s this line up of simcard enabled tablets from Coby or Archos which is fairly decent.
