Why some people put Bin Laden's name to their Children?

Why some people put Bin Laden's name to their Dogs? Is it not an insult to their Dogs ?

It's funny you should ask this qestin just now. Only today someone at work told me they named their cow Bin Laden because they plan on killing it eventually.
