Sneaky cold!

First I thought allergies were bothering. Then I was thinking they were bad sinuses and allergies. I took some allergy medicine and went on with my day. Now a few days later I am feeling worse. I have a cold and I feel tired, run down, and just feel somewhat congested. I felt even worse this morning. Luckily I have a little more energy. This cold was sneaky and slow to start. I just hope I get over it fast. I have had worse colds than this though but I still don't want to be sick.

It's expensive to be sick nowadays . If it's a cold, I suggest you boost up your vitamin C by drinking calamansi or orange juice. Also, drinks lots and lots of water to clear toxins from your body. Remember, health is wealth

Colds are not nice, o2bnocn. We don`t feel well, head aches and congestion settles in. We cannot do anything but try to put up with the symptoms as well as we can. I use aspirin, other people use ibuprofen or paracetamol. But the old has to run its course. Take a lot of water and and lemon juice. Take care!
