I read somewhere that cherries have long been used to sooth chronically inflamed joints. It went on to state that cherries are not consistently effective in helping cases of degenerative arthritis, but when used in conjunction with a dairy-free diet they can significantly reduce joint pain caused by metabolic-type arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and psoriatic arthropathy. I wonder if you agree with this!

hello HONEYPALS!!! cherries is not very common here in the Philippines. i think its available in the supermarkets preserved in bottles and not fresh. this is the first time i heard that its very good for soothing chronically inflamed joints. i thought cherries are used only in fruit salad and as garnish for drinks. thanks for this info HONEYPALS! i learned something new today!
