I was having a little fun this weekend & decided to get in some target practice. There's this Kit Rea throwing axe I have that I absolutely love. http://blades-n-fantasies.co.za/Blades/KR36B.jpg ( not a referal link ) It's very useful for close combat & throwing. I was wearing the target out for a while with it when I decided to break out the new batarang. http://images.monstermarketplace.com/martial-arts-supply-and-oriental-treasures/chrome-bat-throwing-knuckles-6-432x432.jpg ( also not a referal link ) Now when your throwing an axe you have to put an arc on it because the weight pulls it down. Forget to remove that arc when you switch to a lighter weapon & well... it ends up embedded 20' up in a tree. I say embedded because I climbed up, put my fingers through the holes & literally hung from it. It wouldn't budge. I had to go get a hammer & pry it out. LOL It definitly makes for an interesting combination in combat IF you remember to adjust your arc.
