Drinking alcohol

Occasionally I like to have a few drinks at the end of the day. Usually on the weekends. I noticed today when I was on my calorie counter program, that drinking alcohol can really lead to a lot of calories. I know alcohol isn't good for you, and I don't abuse it. I just like to have a few drinks on occasion. My family is having a cookout tonight and everyone will be drinking. I looked up the calories in my drinks, and I was astonished to see how many calories. This makes it a lot harder to stay within my budget for calories intake for today.

You are absolutely right it can build on the calories. Once in awhile is alright but all the time can be very bad for you.

Plus, once you start drinking you don't realize how much you are drinking overall and the calories.

Having some drinks with my friends are cool especially on weekends and that's a way for me to entertain and relax myself. So everything should be made properly and i believe you know that, lol. just so love the cookout thing and people can hang out together and have fun.

Thanks. I really did enjoy the cookout. I enjoyed relaxing, my cheeseburger, and just having a good time. It was nice.
