I accidentally washed my hair in body wash!

I went to wash my hair and grabbed a bottle. I thought it was shampoo. After washing and rinsing my hair, I looked at the bottle again and I saw that it said body wash. I accidentally washed my hair in body wash instead of shampoo.
What would you do?

Do not cry over the spilled milk, what is done can not be undone !! you should simply rewash with proper shampoo for hair, and look before to leap next time . ha ha

I did it once in my life having my body wash with my hair shampoo 
. I did not pay attention to it when I grapped it. However, I re-applied my proper shower foam again

sometimes accidents like this happens..as for me if something like that happens, there is nothing i can do anymore since it's done, what i would do is maybe wash my hair again with shampoo and then conditioner because being able to wash our hair with body wash or any other chemicals can cause it to get rough and hard to manage, so i would just go through the process of washing and shampooing my hair again..

I would probably get my conditioner and condition my hair real quick. Just to make sure that my hair didn't get stripped off of some oils that a body wash has removed. I know it doesn't make any sense but I guess it's me and my weird sense. This reminds me of my brother who is fond of messing up with my stuff. He likes my facial scrub and to think I always get annoyed because my facial scrub disappears fast. Anyway, one time, he's so furious because he managed to put my foot scrub in his face, thinking it's the same facial scrub that I use. Serves him right!
