I am a person who rarely goes out without it, and when i do, i accidentally forgot about it. It's like it's a part of me.. I think it is very useful since when there is dust o a weird smell i can cover my face with it.. and i was quite shy when i was young so i covered my face when i was embarrassed, it just became a habit.

I always do and always keep an extra on my bag. Because I sweat a lot- shessssssssh- it's like I have a water pump on my face (lols) So, handkerchief is a must for me to bring.

@jaiho2009 yes, people who sweat a lot have no choice do they? my sister is the same, and she does use hankies too, but she usually loses it

My grandmother was one who always took a handerchief. She was one who would stuff one up her sleeve too so she always had one. I never have one, not even kleenex in my purse. I have lots of napkins in my car and I use them instead. I was shy when I was young too but never covered my face.

I do now since i get older. I always hold it wherever i go. It seldom gets lost. But when i was a teen-agaer, i would always lose it. Thus, i stopped and resumed when i was a bit older and not forgetting about it anymore.

Yeah, i did lose a few of my precious handkerchiefs... guess it was in college when i did not use it that much anymore, and i did not have pockets too. I would drop it somewhere- in the auditorium, the road and even vehicles.

well, I would never use handkerchief but I use tissues a lot. and I keep them with me as if that is a part of my body. I always have a tissue in my hand. that gives me self confidence.

Yeah, i guess they tissues and handkerchiefs can be used interchangeably, but there are some stuff that can either of them should be really used.

Yes, that is one of the main reasons why i bring a handkerchief with me all the time. To protect myself from dirt, and also wipe the sweat and i also wipe it on my face if ever it got a little dirty.

When I was at school, I used to have handkerchief with me all the time but no longer now . After I started my working life, I would ensure I bring along my facial tissue wherever I go instead. I always has a packet of it in my handbag

Oh, yes, some people do prefer that. But then since you are now working, wouldn't you be sweating? How would you get rid of the sweat? I don't think facial tissues can work.

OH, so you won't really need a handkerchief since you won't sweat at all when you are in the office. Although all of our rooms are air conditioned, some of them are even too cold we need to travel from room to room for our next class and some of them are so far. So we will definitely sweat especially if we're in a hurry.

I usually bring one but I don't usually use it. I just bring it in case I need to sneeze. I don't usually use it because a napkin is more hygienic. I guess the hanky became you "security blanket", you are more "secure" when you have one. I guess my "security blanket" is a little pillow that I carry around whenever I go out of town or go somewhere else to sleep. I couldn't have a good sleep if I don't have it. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Yeah, you could call it that.. my "security blanket". I guess most people have that- it's just a different thing.. I can easily sleep whenever i am though, as long as the place isn't scary.

Hi ! Like you also i can't go out without a handkerchief . As if i am incomplete without it. In country like us bringing a hanky is a must if you'll go out because of pollution. We need to protect our lungs from dust , from pollution to live longer.

i always have a pack of tissues on my bag. i find this more convenient. i suffer from allergies so during spring i always have clogged or runny nose. i don't like blowing my nose several times on the same hankerchief and besides they need to be washed and ironed so i prefer to use the paper one and throw it after use.

Yeah, i prefer tissues and the like when blowing my nose too, especially if it is a serious cold.. Although if it is just a runny nose, it is okay for me, since it just looks like water..

I always have a handkerchief whenever i go outside. It's very difficult to go outside without it. Now it's summer season. So more sweating is there. I can't go to my class without kerchief. If i go without it, it'll seems that i washed my face with sweat.

yes, especially now that it is a very hot summer.. We always need one- maybe a face towel to- since i don't think our sweat would fit in a small handkerchief anymore.

I don't bring a handkerchief with me. Whereas I will have tissues in my handbag and I like to use them rather than the handkerchief. Try to imagine if I sneeze the nose and then it will be so ugly and dirty to keep the handkerchief in my pocket. Besides, sometimes a handkerchief is not enough for me.

Well, i do agree with you on that- i prefer a tissue than a handkerchief when it comes to wastes and stuff. I do have both, tissue and hanky with me all the time. The hanky is just for dust and wiping off sweat, the tissue is for dirt and otehr icky bodily fluids.

During my elementary and highschool days, i used to bring one on hand. Back then, I always catch coughs and colds. I guess you know the hassle of having them when you got nothing to use when you sneeze or cough out loud. Not just embarassing but knowing that you can infect others too by spreading your own sickenss. It also came handy to my part especially when my hands are dirty and i need to wipe off somethng on my face to prevent myself from having pimples or occurrence of acnes. The only thing here is that I akways lose them. Haha! Whenever I reach home and check on my pockets, i would realize that my hankerchiefs gone. So my parents would always buy me a dozen or 1-week set of hankys. I am also very fascinated with handkerchiefs because of the designs they have on it. I used to have floral designed hanky's and some would have days of the week in it. Sometimes, i also feels its texture whether it is soft or rough. If it is rough, i would always ask our maid to wash them over and over again to reduce it roughness feel. Haha... Now that i grew up and am working, i have stopped using them. I am not sure why but i guess for the reason that at work, we are surrounded with air-conditioned units. So most of the time, it is cold and i don't perspire that much. But since it is summer in myq country and very hot, i think i might start using one. Have a great day ahead.

I don't have a handkerchief but i often wear a mask when i drive a motorbike since it is very dust in here. I often use tissue only instead of using handkerchief.

Oh yeah, motor riders should definitely wear a mask since the road is very dusty and you don't have even if you have a helmet, it won't keep all the smoke from otehr cars to get into your nose.

I also do bring it when I go out. And it seems that we have the same reasons of bringing it. I always hold it but my problem is whenever its in my hand, sometimes I accidentally misplace it specially when I'm also holding something. It's already too late when I noticed that it was gone. That's why when I bring my handkerchief, I immediately place it inside my bag or pocket.

Yeah, i can totally relate- i usually just hold it especially when i am in school since i have no pockets. That is the reason why i lost 3 of them, i guess i left some on the road or in a classroom.

It might be part of you but not with me.I'd rather set my make up kit and make it as my priority of all the things that I need to bring everyday.Well i have a thick face and the level of my confidence is above average so I don't feel shy.

I have no make up at all- well, maybe some powder and lip balm or lip gloss.. but that is it. I do have other reasons for bringing it though- to protect my face especially my nose from the dirt and the stink.
