Thanks to blabber mouth Sharon, Adam charged off and confronted Chelsea and in the presence of Dylan. Chelsea was really cornered. If she admitted that Adam was the father, then Adam would sue for custody and maybe even get it. She could have said that neither one of them was the father but they probably wouldn't have believed it and, of course, that wouldn't lead to the problems with Dylan thinking he is the father and to him staying in GC. So now this will lead to problems for Nick and Avery. I still can't see how Chelsea can claim that Dylan is the father since she was with him at least two months or more after she was with Adam and got pregnant. The timing is just wrong for it to be convincing.
