My staff knows how to comfort me.

I had been out for a vacation for a week, when I came back, I had to deal with more work and much much more work. But even if these things gives a lot of pressure, when my face involuntarily shows off some wrinkles, my staff just know how to chill me down.
I did not even notice the bell of the roving ice cream, but I got a cup of 4-flavored ice cream in a cup! Sweetness!
Times like these, you just can't argue with your staff nor reprimand them. Their gesture is enough for me to realize that this work is just work, relationships are always better to keep.
Have you been comforted today? By whom? From what?

Your staff miss you so much and they just don't want to see you loaded. I guess you have created a good relationship with them aside from being their boss and/or colleague.
My husband has comforted me today earlier this morning. He gave me a hug. I asked why? He said "you look tired." Well, with the biggest transition of my life, being a mommy is something. There is no day-off but I am not complaining though. I got all the help needed from my mom too. My daughter grows faster and in no time she'll be the one to comfort me.

It is always nice to receive such sweet gesture, from people around us.
My kids also knows when to pacify me and knows when to make me feel bad (hahaha)
When I am too engrossed with my online job- they know how to make me feel fine.
Coffee alone is enough to make me smile and my kids knows that very well.

Oh you have such sweet kids! Kids really make priceless gestures, one that delights you when you're tired! I hope to have kids someday :) My toddlers in Sunday School are also the sweetest!
