Yes you can earn points and trade them in for $. To pay pal. I've been a member for a while and it's legit. If you join you should join bzzagent too:)

Oh, you can get points by shopping, surveys, offers, reading emails and I get a huge portion of my points through bzzagent. You can redeem for pay pal and a variety of gift cards!

I have also used My Points. So far I have received a gift card and a small amount of cash from them. They are a legitimate site.

Yes, MyPoints is a website that allows you to earn points for either a gift card or PayPal. I myself prefer to wait and cash out for Amazon gift cards as I go through these very often. You can earn by signing up for offers or reading some of their emails and referring friends.
