Universities offering Full Scholarships??

Hey there guys! I'm looking for universities worldwide that offers full scholarships to international students, do you know any? I talked with one of my aunties about this and she told me that her son was accepted into a European university and also offered him a full-tuition scholarship but the sad thing is, she wasn't clear what was the university called and her son is busy working overseas, so I wouldn't be contacting him anytime soon. Do you know any university that offers that? :)

Wow, I just know there are several scholarship programs offered. I never heard of such a thing that you get a free ride for being an international student. I think I will have to check this out also. I am sorry I could not help. I just felt the need to express my amazement.

With a high number of universities worldwide, you'll be hard pressed to name the them all. besides, universities can offer partial or full scholarship depending on the student and their requirements. I am not sure if there is a university which doesn't have a scholarship for deserving students. I suggest you ask your specifically what European university your cousin was admitted to.
