Hello everyone! How are you my fellow mylotters. Hope you are al doing fine. I've been so busy these pat days since I started my job. No more time to go out with my friends, family, and a very little time to sit with my computer. I work almost 12 hours a everyday, 6 days ina week. Well, I think this is too much, you think so? Hopefully my superiors will "re-fix" my schedule. The only consolation I get from this is my salary, but how about my social life? Yes, I'm earning money but I think I'm missing a lot of things. I'm thinking of quitting and just find other jobs that do not require too mcuh time, but I have to think of this a hundred times. Urgh! Just sharing. Good night!

Even I too have no social life as I spend 10~12 hours a day at work place 6 days/week also the job which I have been assigned is tough and plays important role for the organization that's why I have lots of work pressure at work. Sometimes I do get calls from office at night too regarding work. Its really tough to maintain social life in such situation. But I am happy because I have get salary for it.

Sometimes this is a choice a person has to make. Atleast for a period of time. I hope that at some point things will get back to normal, or slow down, for you. Take care of yourself or you will end up getting sick. Strengthen the immune system.

There does need to be a good balance between working and having time for yourself and for socializing, if you spend all your time working, then you will not be able to spend quality time with your friends, and after some time the friendships will start to grow apart. Of course you earn good money, but life is not all about just working, we need to enjoy it too. I hope your supervisors can adjust your hours so at least you do find time to spend socializing with friends.

Think long and hard on this. I don't know how things are where you live, but generally jobs arehard to find. Also consider your work history, no employer likes to hire someone who bales out of the job when it gets tough. Your social life will still be there after your job settles down, even if it takes a year or two. Choicesare hard to make, but easier if you consider all the facts you can see.

Hello, son! You worry about your social life when you should be really worrying about your health. Working 12 hours a day is more than what you should be doing. No amount of money can be enough to give you the health that you need. Go find another job that will not only be giving you a good salary, but also will allow you to have time to rest reasonably. Good luck! mwah!

Just be very thankful that you have your work which you can work more than the allotted time because you can earn money. I was also like that before, I was always complaining because I have a lot of work to do and my social life was really affected but now I am wishing that we have an overtime so that I could earn more.
