Good english can get a good job?

I had an interview yesterday,but it was fail because my english is not very well. So I feel so upset. I can not translate the words about garment into chinese and the email and do not reply the email. It means that my english is not good enough to get the job. I am so upset how to make my english into a higher level.

Yes English is very important language when it comes to finding a job.You know even the English speaking highschool dropouts could easily get a good paying job in an international call centres here in India.
Hmm I think the best way is to listen to music and watch English movies or get someone to tutor you.

Well i can understand your case very well and any one at your place would have been disappointed like this. I think u should forget whatever has happened in the past, start focusing on how to improve your English. The best way to start is by reading newspaper every day. They try to see the English new channels or go through the internet and search out for those news channels. Every day try to read aloud the English sentences.
