i didn't hurt myself i think it has something to do with the soya I have taken. i ate some tofu and then drank some soya milk. So I think the soya is causing this pain. I can't type now normally because of the pain. but I am still trying to make some post but I can't type fast. I am just trying to post slowly. i just want to share what i am feeling right or experiencing with my right arm.

Soy comes from soy beans. Though it has a lot of health benefits, it does not guarantee that soy has no negative effects in our body. Read this link to find out more about soy http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/12/08/the-dirty-little-secret-hidden-in-much-of-your-health-food.aspx

It's quite surprising to have read that it has some negative effects also. I once thought it was the safest or healthiest diet.

Are you normally allergic to soya? I know some people who gets tummy aches because they're allergic to soya but I have never heard of someone having arm pains after drinking it. I hope it goes away soon.

Perhaps you can apply some ointment to ease the pain. I'm don't know that drinking soya can cause pain. Maybe I have to check about it. Have nice day!
