How do you overcome the hot weather?Do you bath 2 times a day?

I have sense that the humidity each day becomes so hot as days pass.I just decided to take a bath in the morning and take a bath also during the night,so that the hotness of the atmosphere would be lessen as my body temperature was washed out by the cold water I was bathing.During the afternoon I drink plenty of water,so that I would never become a victim of heat stroke,that already down so many people in my vicinity,that is why I am watching my health every now and then.

Exercising in this hot weather condition is not a good option to overcome the heat waves coming from the sun rays.Well it is still healthy to exercise,but not during this hot season.It is better to exercise during the early mornings,as the rays of the sunlight is sill not very hot to our skin.Who is inclined to exercise during the afternoon,when the temperature is very hot and when you does exercise you would be dehydrated more than you think you are,which is more dangerous than giving you good health,as you are more prone to heat stroke,because profuse perspiration could make your dehydration severe.Is that what you want than making you more ventilated and never perspire?We are thinking of a more refreshing scenario so that we would never perspire.Think of something more desirable so that we could have a fresher ventilation to keep our environment more lively.

Yes!that is true my friend that drinking something refreshing could make our body fresh and never perspire so much,yet we must take also in consideration not to overdo it as it has sugar content that would be dangerous to our system,so we must control drinking so much fruit juices,instead drink much more water,as it could help us become thinner and more healthier than any other drinks available in the market.
