when you get past the sleepy phase

You will not feel sleepy anymore.. Here i am, i was quite sleepy 30 minutes ago, but i guess it passed and now it is already 1 am and i am still wide awake.. I wonder if it is bad, going against your body's wish to sleep. But i just have so much work to do..i want to finish it now. Have you ever had that feeling?

I am having the same state as you. I was supposed to sleep just now, but was delay due to something coming up. And now, I do not feel sleepy anymore

Yeah, i guess it is a bad thing.. since that was the time when our body is signaling that we should really sleep, we really should listen to our bodies' needs.. so we would stay healthy.

Well i can understand your situation very well and it has happened with me quite a many times when i have felt sleepy but the moment i get onto my bed, my sleep is gone. It makes me restless and irritated as u never desire to fall into such weird situations wherein u feel like u do not have control over anything.

Yes, i find it hard when that happens to me to.. I just toss and turn on my bed, but nothing happens.. I just stare at anything for hours.. i even try not to think of anything, and kind of hypnotize myself to sleep -but it doesn't work.

It is really not good for health as due to this you can feel change in your nature. You feel irritation and your nature is become fretful. So it is not good. Please try to sleep on your time and keep your health fit.

@783748 I have heard of that brand, Usana. I am quite weary of it, since many people say it works but i do not now anyone who has used it, since it is a bit expensive.
