Yesterday I was talking with a woman who says to me what she was praying to the God years ago. She saying the famous worlds of Jesus Christ in Matthew 6:9 : Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your kingdom come. And then she stops. let your name be sanctified? and what is hes name? Does the God have a name? IF we have names, our pets have names and even mountains and faraway stars have names doesnt that mean what and tha God must have a name. If you want to know someone better and become friends with him you ask his name. So how you will know the God and pray to him if you dontk know one simple thing, his name. (James 4:8) IN YOUR copy of the Bible, how is Psalm 83:18 translated? The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures renders this verse: “That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth.”

jhvh, bibble
When you met someone you ask his ONE UNIQUE name. Maybe the name sounds different in many countries but its still the SAME NAME. You must mean what there is many gods, with a small first letter, what doesn't exist. To which God should we believe and pray? The God want us to know him, so he says us his name.

@kotia057 I do mean many gods. There is no more reason to believe that my many gods don't exist than there is to to believe that your one god does exist. Deus sive natura
