I mean am I the only one who can't scroll all the way to the top? It's seem that the black bar is blocking the top. Does anyone else have the same problem?

The black menu bar stays put when you scroll. I don't see any problem with it on any of the menu options.
What machine, operating system and browser are you using?

Firefox. OS: Windows 7.
But even if I tried opening in Chrome, it's still the same.
