Need to get away my jealousy.

So, guys.
I need your help again. How to change my jealousy when I actually shouldn't be jealous about? I can't control it. My mind always get jealous and over thinking things that I shouldn't have think about or jealous about. But this jealousy of mine just always happen. I need to change this point. But, how?

You have not mentioned at what kind of situations do you feel jealous or what kind of persons make you feel jealous? You see your life and their life (am talking about people who make you feel jealous) is like a train track, which runs parallel. Parellel tracks never meet, like-wise your life and other Person(s) life is different and you will not cross paths, so why do you worry. Enjoy each day as it comes in your life.

@@dpk262006 well. He likes his ex picture on Facebook? And also like a girl's photo which isn't her face but a person who told him her secrets and ask him to comfort him and ask for his help on deciding things? Well. I had talk to this girl though. But still, I felt uncomfortable sometimes.

@CuteMandy but sometimes, even I do so, I still feel like want to talk it out. :/ And that makes him hates that attitude of mine a lot.
